We love this simple yoghurt dough recipe as it’s just so easy to make! We normally use this dough when making scrolls, however it’s also perfect for pizzas or savoury rolls too.

This recipe will make around 12 scrolls, and you will be able to freeze your scrolls once baked. If you are doing some meal prep and want to get organised, you can also make this dough a day in advance and then keep it covered in the fridge. You will just need to bring it back to room temperature before trying to roll it out.

Tips for Making 2 Ingredient Yoghurt Dough:
- You can also use plain yoghurt if you prefer, you may need some extra self raising flour as the liquid content will vary between different types and brands of yoghurt.
- You can make this dough a day in advance before you need it. Simply place it covered in your fridge until ready.
- This dough can also be frozen when it’s cooked and uncooked.
- If your mixture is too sticky, simply add a little extra self raising flour.

How to Make 2 Ingredient Yoghurt Dough
This easy 2 Ingredient Yoghurt Dough Recipe is perfect for scrolls, pizza bases and more! Both regular and Thermomix instructions included.
Ingredients
- 1 cup greek yoghurt 280 grams
- 2 cups self raising flour 300 grams + extra to dust the bench top.
Instructions
- Place the self raising flour and greek yoghurt into a large bowl and use a butter knife to mix the ingredients together.
- Once they have started to come together, pour the dough onto a lightly floured bench and bring the dough together to form a ball by gently kneading it for 2 – 3 minutes.
- To make scrolls, roll it out until it measure a large rectangle, approximately 45cm x 30 cm and cover with the softened butter before adding your favourite fillings.
- Cut into 12 equal pieces and bake in a 180 degree preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the scrolls are golden.
